What we can’t do is train someone from the ground up with no hands-on care background at all, since care giving work requires that foundation from day one.
Caregivers also need a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance, since many shifts involve traveling between client homes. Bayshore is a drug-free workplace, and all caregivers must be able to pass a drug screening.
