I will not be doing a review on Google
I will not be doing a review on Google as I make it my personal policy not to do reviews on Google or similar platforms and I do not complete the many, many surveys I receive from many companies because I just simply do not have the time or patience to do so. However, if you have someone who would like to speak to me about my experience with your company, I would be happy to take that call and discuss how pleased we were with the service you and your entire team provided to my loved ones and the feedback I got from our other family members who observed the care provided.
While I am in a suburb of Cincinnati and could not be there to observe the care personally, I know that my aunt and uncle received superb care and that your caregivers were patient and kind, especially when my loved ones were contentious/combative and at times physical with the caregivers.
The personnel in the office were also tremendous including Kaeli and Moorea and never failed to provide information to me when needed and kind and supportive conversations when things were extremely frustrating while I tried to provide the care my loved ones needed – even when they were contentious with me on the phone. Kaeli and Moorea simply listened and consoled me and told me that I was doing a great job for my loved ones and that was immeasurably helpful in reducing my stress level and blood pressure on many, many days!!!
In addition, the billing personnel were very professional and helpful to me interpreting the invoices so that I was confident the billing was accurate and that I could pay the accurate invoices with confidence so that if other family members questioned me about the invoices and payments I had the resources necessary to back up the billing and payments.
I have only glowing things to say about Bayshore. And I will forever be grateful to the complete umbrella of professional services provided by Bayshore personnel.
