1 box of granola

2 pints raspberries or berry of choice

1 roma tomato

1 bag salad mix of choice

1 bag of small red potatoes ( 1 inch diameter if possible)

1 package pre-cut onion

1 medium yellow onion

1 bag baby carrots

Frozen

frozen mixed berry blend

1 bag frozen corn kernels

1 bag frozen peas

1 lb bag frozen shrimp, completely peeled, tails off

Refrigerated

1 carton pre-made mashed potatoes ( choose the brand with the lowest number of ingredients and no preservatives)

1 lb lean ground beef

Condiments & Pasta

olive oil

1 lb box penne pasta

1 small jar minced garlic

1 small jar of garlic and basil pesto

Snack

yogurt covered pretzels
