Honoring Our 20+ Year Caregivers: The Heart of Bayshore Home Care
Across our four branch offices—Largo, Tampa, Holiday, and St. Petersburg—we honored a remarkable group of caregivers who have each dedicated more than 20 years of service to Bayshore. These women are the heart of what we do, and their unwavering commitment to caring for others embodies the very mission we set out with in 1986.
To celebrate their extraordinary dedication, each office hosted a small party featuring sweet treats, laughter, and well-deserved recognition. Our longtime caregivers were presented with custom-embroidered Bayshore Home Care scrubs that read “20+ Years of Service”—a simple, heartfelt token of our deep appreciation.
It’s not every day that you find team members who spend decades in the same organization, especially in a field as demanding as home care. We are proud and grateful to have such faithful, reliable women on our team, and we look forward to the continued impact they’ll make in the years to come.
