One of the ways we honor and empower our nurses is by giving them a key role in our client care process. While it’s not required by state regulations, Bayshore takes the extra step of having our nurses perform all initial client evaluations. Why? Because we believe that care should start with a nurse’s eyes, ears, and heart. This approach allows us to create truly personalized care plans that meet both the medical and emotional needs of our clients from day one.
This standard of excellence is exemplified by team members like Vickie, who has been with Bayshore for more than 20 years. Her depth of knowledge and warm, steady presence have made her a trusted resource to both clients and colleagues alike. Vickie has witnessed the evolution of home care firsthand and remains a pillar of compassion and professionalism.
We’re equally proud of our newer nurse, like Moorea, who bring a fresh passion and strong sense of purpose to the team. Moorea’s attentive nature and eagerness to serve remind us that great nursing is as much about connection as it is about care. She is already making a meaningful impact, and we’re excited to watch her grow in this vital role.
