Co-owners Todd Atkinson and Suzanne Johnson announced earlier this month that together with their staff of caregivers, nurses and administrative personnel, they will pledge to display an attitude of teamwork in every facet of service. While Bayshore’s stellar home care services and award-winning business practices continue to be unparalleled, this brother-sister ownership team wants to bring a new standard to the senior care industry.
Bayshore is spreading the word about their mission of raising the standard of care industry wide. This campaign, ” We are part of ONE team” is an internal message for the agency’s staff as much as it is an external message. It can take a village to meet the emotional and physical needs of aging adults especially when they desire to remain in their own home. Bayshore aims to build such village to ensure their clients are fully supported.
“We partner with the senior’s family unit and other health care professionals to customize a plan of care that works best for the senior,”said Mrs. Johnson. “Our intention is to open the lines of communication between, #1 the family unit, #2 the senior’s medical professionals and #3 our staff of home care professionals.”
