Bayshore was recently featured in the Tampa Bay Times for being named as one of Tampa Bay’s Top Workplaces. Our employees nominated us and were surveyed about several topics, including practices and policies. The Top Workplaces in Tampa Bay program was created by the Tampa Bay Times and Energage, a workplace survey provider.
We were ranked based on leadership, compensation, training, workplace flexibility, and diversity. The rankings were published on TampaBay.com as well as the newspaper publication.
