From our humble beginnings in 1986 Bayshore Home Care has become an industry leader in senior home care due in no small part to one very simple principle. “We believe in helping.” This is much more than a clever tagline for Suzanne Johnson, C.O.O., “ To sum up the reason why we are in this business; it’s because we are passionate about providing help for our employees, our patients and their families.” At its basic level, people come to us because they are looking for help. We offer that help abundantly and that makes all the difference for our clients. Our clients need to feel that not only do we care, but we actually make a positive difference in their day. Our simple model has proven itself time and time again and for a third consecutive year we have received the award for Top Workplaces in Tampa Bay.
