I want to thank the staff of Bayshore for the fine service provided to my father over the past four years while he was in his home and then a resident in an assisted living facility. Everyone was very responsive to my requests and always maintained the attitude of the customer being first.
I especially want to praise the very compassionate and high quality care provided by your caregivers. Their approach with my father was most successful because they did not treat my dad like an ill person who had lost touch with reality. Your caregivers’ efforts to daily stimulate him, humor him, and help him maintain some sense of pride by respecting him and being considerate of his needs, contributed more that anything to his quality of life. His personal care and dress were immaculate. He always has a very clean smell and wore clothes that had been ironed daily. His room was perfectly maintained and that was not true when the care was left to the assisted living staff. The comfort your caregivers provided to my dad and myself, made a painful experience much less severe.
