Over twenty years of experience has proven to be immeasurable for our company as well as for our clients. Because of our twenty-year journey of learning and perfecting our skills we can now say with pride - we are experts in home health care.
We have a unique Quality Assurance System to ensure that our standards and practices of home care are by no means compromised, and that our patients receive the best care possible. We initiate this process with an individual care plan that is customized for each patient or client. We take into consideration the many facets of their life and focus on their mental, physical, and emotional needs.
The Bayshore Home Health Care Philosophy
It has been our experience that a company is not successful without a great team of employees. However, a team is neither cohesive nor successful without strong leadership as a key component. We at Bayshore Home Health Care pride ourselves on the fact that we are completely "hands on" and provide a stable foundation for our employees to flourish in while partnering with our management team.
Consequently, Bayshore Health Services has a very strict hiring process. We are particularly selective. All of our employees are fully qualified and adhere to a criminal background check, as well as drug screening. All of our employees are licensed, insured and bonded by our company and we require all of our nurses to complete our company training program and to fulfill annual continuing education requirement courses.
